Using supplied plastic (putty knife) or similar, carefully pry open the bottom hinged frame section as shown, exposing the hidden set screws.

Using the handheld allen wrench tool, unscrew the set screws as shown. You may have 2-4 screws depending on the size of your vandal cover.

You then place the prop sticks in the corners of your opened vandal cover frame to gain access to the message board.
