High Density Polyethylene:
 Welcome to the totally unique and very simple "Create a Sign" process for our PolyEngraved style signs. Our PolyEngraved signs are made from a 1/2" thick high-density UV stabilized polyethylene. This high impact resistant sign material won't delaminate, chip or peel and is designed to handle more abuse than other materials. It will withstand a wide range of environmental conditions. 

A "Green" Environmentally Friendly Material:
 Available in a variety of color combinations, they are made from 3 layers of High Density Polyethylene (recycled milk bottles, a "green" product). The inside core of the signboard material is a different color than the outside layers. So when we carve or engrave it, this inner core color becomes exposed, giving you the color contrast desired.

Durability:
 PolyEngraved signs are our most durable sign and will withstand the harshest weather and they are vandal resistant. This UV stabilized sign board material won't fade in direct sunlight and can withstand rain, cold, hail and wind.  It also resists graffiti, the non-stick surface protects against spray paints and markers and it is also impact resistant. Our PolyEngraved signs are perfect for Business signs, Church signs, School signs, Farm signs, Residential signs, etc.

Better Than Wood:
 We use a solid core high density polyethylene signboard material, NO WOOD, which means no need to worry about warping, rotting, etc.

Free Sign Proofs:
 After submitting your order/info to us one of our experienced graphic artists will take your sign options and convert them into a full color professionally designed sign proof/layout that we will email to you.  After reviewing your sign proof, you can then tell us to proceed with your order or you can ask to see further revisions if needed. You will not pay for your sign until you are happy with your sign proof and tell us to proceed with production.
